Lynn Korbak

Lynn Korbak is a senior legal executive with more than 20 years’ experience acting as a general counsel and business executive.  Recently, she was General Counsel of the Canadian division of one of the world’s largest automakers, following more than a decade as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Risk Officer in a fast-growing, public company with an international footprint. She has broad legal, business and strategic knowledge and expertise, operating under a variety of circumstances and regulatory regimes.

In the community, Lynn is a member of the executive of Women General Counsel Canada and a member of Legal Leaders for Diversity and Inclusion, a group of general counsel and organizations dedicated to promoting diversity in Canada. Lynn was named a 2012 Diversity Champion by Women of Influence, an organization that recognizes leaders who are making a difference across Canada. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993, after studying economics at Trent University
